Teachers’ Day programme was held in the school premises joyfully. The auspicious occasion began by planting a sapling and garland offering ceremony to the portrait of S. Radhakrishnan by Principal, Mrs. Sonia Datta and staff members. The programme was filled with exciting and heart-warming presentation by the house teachers. Children showed their affection, regard, and respect for teachers by presenting speeches and poems and by making beautiful hand-made cards. They performed dances and sung Thank You songs to express their feelings.

The day was taken over by Std. V students who went to all classes and played the role of teachers. They conducted activities and played fun games as teachers. They also staged a presentation in which they enacted like their favourite teachers.

The day was filled with lots of excitement, joy and happiness. Teachers were ecstatic after receiving the appreciation and love showered upon by their dear students.
